Optimal Performance Tips

• Position the printer’s black mark sensor in the center of the band.
• Run Media Calibration Wizard and use these settings:

  • Zebra (Print Darkness): 15+

  • Datamax (Heat): 15+

  • Citizen (Print Darkness): 15+

  • Intermec (Darkness): 80+

  • SATO WS2 (Print Darkness): 18+

  • SATO CT4LX (Print Darkness): 5+

• Set print speed to 4 or 2 ips

For a Comfortable Fit

Leave enough space for one finger between the wristband and the patient’s wrist when securing.

Universal Fit for Infants

For infants and newborns, attach the wristband to the ankle for a secure and comfortable fit. Ensure one finger fits between the band and ankle.
